If Maidstone Prison is wrecked by convicts in the ensuing riot then leave it wrecked and make them live in it.

Additional Information

If I wreck my home I live in it or pay to have it repaired. The same MUST apply to convicted prisoners. They must pay for the repairs or live in the wrecked premises. TAXPAYERS MUST NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIRS.
