Bad 'parking zones'

Additional Information

Ban the imposition of parking zones and permits by local councils. These are being used to prevent people from parking in anything but outrageously expensive car parks and are so damaging the viability of town and city centres. If there is a parking problem in nearby roads then the council can make the car parks FREE, and stop the problem.
