Stop all MP's getting there heating bills paid
The expenses system should never be about personal gain and only cover costs incurred whilst (in this case)
carrying out there role as an MP.
Heating costs for any property owned by the an MP cannot be classed as a claimable expense but a personal requirement paid for out of their salary.
