Close all schools longer prevent spread of second strand of COVID-19
Close all schools from now (January 1st) until the COVID spread has calmed as children and young people are said to be the spreaders so there for they can all learn virtually
Children and young people are said to be the spreaders and most have to get on public transport to get to school which means coming into contact with several other people that aren’t part of their bubble so this gives a high chance of spreading. A lot of young people also live with shielders so it will be better for them to not go in to school as it’s a high risk

Since you started your petition the Government has announced that primary schools, secondary schools and colleges across England must move to remote provision from 5 January 2021, except for vulnerable children and the children of key workers.
