Scrap nurse registration fees.
Eliminate the requirement for nurses to pay a registration fee so they are not paying to look after us.
With increased pressure on the NHS and the country on the whole during these difficult times it is morally wrong that nurses have to pay an annual registration fee, just so they are able to leave their families and loved ones to look after ours. This is on top of little or no pay rises compared with other sectors, and the increased risk that their profession brings.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise.
Whether to charge registration fees is an operational matter for independent bodies including the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and not the Government or Parliament.
