Equal rights for female and male persons under the age of consent to be safe from genital mutilation (circumcision).

Additional Information

Regardless of the methods, religious background and reasons (unless medically necessary). Every person should have the right to reach the age of consent without being permanently disfigured.
It is wrong for this right to be granted to only one sex or group of people. If it is unlawful for one it should be unlawful for all.
