Compel offshore funds to rescue British citizens and businesses.
There are billions of pounds held offshore. It is not fair that the British people should have to endure further austerity or taxation measures when this money is sitting abroad.
Pass an act to a) make these offshore accounts transparent and b) tax them to help fund the British economy's restart package.
