Increase teachers wages
Increase teachers pay by around 8%
Teachers are under paid for the amount of extra time they do at home and work. Almost all Teacher are paid the bare minimum so if cost of any cost goes up teachers will have to find a way to not spend as much this is challenging so most teachers turn this into debt. Talking about debt all most all teacher who have to support a family are in substantial debt. It has been this way for a very long while.
