Attendance at Westminster

Additional Information

As a councillor at Oxfordshire county council and Cherwell district councillor if I fail to attend full council with out good reason over the course of a year
this would force me to resign The same law should apply to the House of Commons in Westminster fact. If an MPs attendance falls below 80% a year with out good reason a By-Election should be called .This new law would bring the United Kingdom in line with council policy.
