Put England into full lockdown until enough people have been vaccinated
We need to go back into full lockdown until enough people have been vaccinated because that will limit the deaths to the least it can be and it will take the pressure off the NHS.
When enough people have been vaccinated and it is safe enough to resume our tier system we should start putting countries back into tiers.
