Defer schooling and replace school summer holidays with weeks lost to lockdown
Please consider in order to remove burden from teachers and parents by deferring school term now and taking them from the summer holidays. Children get their break now and then get a proper education from Spring through the Summer with smaller holiday time.
Our children have lost enough face to face teaching. For primary school children they struggle to learn without social interaction and physical presence.
Parents do not have the skills to teach or help children like a teacher does.
