Allow gyms to reopen in third national lockdown
Exercise is good for people's physical health and mental wellbeing. In this time of crisis, exercise is now more impirtant than ever. If there is no scientific evidence to support the closures of gyms, then they should reopen as the compliance is fairly high.
The transmission rates seem to be pretty low in comparison to pubs, bars and restaurants. As long as people are using the gym wisely and following the measures put in place the transmission rates can stay low. This is why we're calling for the government to allow gyms to reopen.
