To allow gyms to stay open despite what tier system/lockdown we are in.
COVID has been detrimental to most of the population’s mental health and physical well-being. It is important that gyms stay open regardless of the tier/lockdown system, as staying healthy will decrease the severity of symptoms effecting the population, which would reduce the strain on the NHS.
