Ensure angling is not affected by the new lockdown.
Allow fresh water fishing to continue under lockdown it is solitary! it is safe! and will protect people's predominantly mens mental health
To allow adults to pursue a safe pastime during lockdown can only be of benefit to peoples wellbeing
