Allow Driving Tests to go forward during the Lockdown.
Allow candidates to continue with there driving tests, as it is a necessity for some people.
Because some young individuals need there driving licence for work, like myself, i work for Travis Perkins so i need my driving licence in order to travel to and from work without getting lifts from other people.
