Some people who were employed in September and early October have slipped through the net for the furlough scheme, as they weren't included in an RTI submission in the month of October, but instead first included in a November RTI submission. Please change this so these people can be claimed for.

Additional Information

I would like to see the furlough scheme back dated so that all those who began employment in September and Ocrtober 2020 are included in the scheme.
