Keep all nurseries and early years settings open during lockdown
Urgent call for the Government to keep all nurseries and early years settings open during the new lockdown. Nurseries and early years provide a vital service for pre-school children and parents. Parents will be economically affected if nurseries close, and children will be socially disadvantaged.
Research (such as the below) indicates that there is a very low risk of children contracting or transmitting SARS-CoV-2 in early years settings.
