Put a system in place similar to the NHS for animal care
Put in place a system paid for by the pet owners of the uk that will result in something similar to the NHS.
Thousands of animals are abandoned or neglected due to expensive healthcare, every vet charges different prices and some illnesses or injuries can appear in a situation where the owner has no funds to treat said animal, this can result in suffering and abandonment, if the pet owners of the uk were encouraged to pay monthly for this scheme vet practices could have offer payment plans or even cover the costs of treatment completely, lowering the numbers in shelters and improving animal welfare.
