Allow fishing to continue as it did under Tier4 restrictions
Fishing has huge benefits to health and well-being, we are the eyes and ears on the ground with regard to environmental issues,
Socially distanced as that is the nature of the individual angler
Also with a click and collect system of operation thousands of individual businesses can reopen saving millions
