MPs to debate if a Prime Minister can be prosecuted for corporate manslaughter.
Whether a Prime Minister has less accountability for his/her actions than senior managers in companies.
Only the House of Commons can debate this.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The offence of corporate murder enables organisations to be prosecuted where they have paid insufficient regard to the proper management of health and safety with fatal results. Individuals cannot be prosecuted for the offence, whether as an accessory or otherwise. You can find out more about the law on corporate murder here: www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/corporate-manslaughter
Deciding whether to proceed with a prosecution for any offence, including corporate manslaughter, is a matter for the Crown Prosecution Service, not the Government or House of Commons.
