Additional Information

The use of any private motor vehicles is a major contribution to global pollution.

Thus steps should be made encourage people to both walk, &
increase the use of ecologically sound public transport.

Thus as a 1st step to this end:

Introduce a toll on the use of all motorways & put this money in to paying for an ecologically sound public transport
