Don’t end the scheme that houses homeless people through the pandemic

Petition Details

The “everyone in” scheme that housed homeless people through the first lockdown has quietly been scrapped, which is deplorable in light of the drop in temperatures and the increased severity of the pandemic.

Additional Information

Shelter is a basic human right and with homelessness rocketing due to the crashing economy the homeless should not be left behind during this lockdown, with the drop in temperature causing them to be at higher risk of mortality if they were to be infected.
