Review Nurses Salaries
With the catistrofic situation we are in we NEED Nurses to administer the Vaccine, this must not be done off the back of them being vocational or clapping on a Thursday night.
The nurses need to be motivated and completely reviewed as Police were in 1980s re Mining).
To retain and motivate rather than using the excuse Nurses are vocational.
It's time change is made and the government "step up to the plate"
