Enforce NHS services to follow the Equality act when it comes to mask exemptions
Many who have mask exeptions are finding it difficult to access NHS services whether that be thier local GP or specialist services. This is a breach of the Equality Act sections 112 and 119 and potentially the Disabilty Discrimination act also.
To ensure that the NHS aligns itself and any national and/or local policies written up surrounding mask wearing comply fully with the Equality Act.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government is responsible for setting the rules on when people must use face coverings, but ensuring that people exempt from these requirements are treated fairly is a matter for individual organisations, including NHS trusts.
If you have been refused service then you should complain directly to the NHS. You can find out how to do this here: www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/about-the-nhs/how-to-complain-to-the-nhs/
