Call for a government regulator or ombudsman for all new build properties.
An ombudsman or regulator is required to oversee new build complaints which are not being dealt with fairly by home builders or nhbc as they accountable to noone.
As above.
Give the new build homeowners fair treatment as the home builders and nhbc are leaving home owners with serious problems with their new builds.
