The DVLA online license renewal service - fix it or take it down.

I've personally made several attempts in the last few weeks to renew my driving license using the DVLA online service (https://www.gov.uk/renew-driving-licence).

Each time I spend around 15mins entering information, only to be shown an extremely vague error message stating that none of my entered details have been recorded.

I've seen other people complaining about the same thing, some speculating that this no more than a ploy to push people towards using more costly services.

I'd like this service to be taken down immediately until it's been fixed.

If it did work, it would be great but for now it's just wasting our time.
