Petition Action

Close the digital divide for all year groups, not just year 3 upwards.

Petition Details

At present, all schools are closed to student who are not children of key workers. However, the digital provisions being made are not being extended to infant schools. I would like this provision to be extended to infant schools too.

Additional Information

Not closing the digital divide for children from EYFS to Y2 puts these children at a huge disadvantage as they will be unable to access their basic education at home. These years are fundamental to education as it is when they learn the basic skills of reading and writing.
