Petition Action

Rename the NHS to "The Royal National Health Service"

Petition Details

I want the Government to recognise the outstanding work carried out by the NHS in the fight against Covid19. We all believe that Britain has the greatest Health Service in the world, let the entire country show its appreciation and mark the occasion by bestowing the prefix Royal to the NHS.

Additional Information

All NHS staff have made significant and in some cases the ultimate sacrifice to protect everyone in the UK. NHS has not shied away from working in the most demanding and stressful circumstances. This can not go unrecognised by the country.
British citizens will expect the Government to show appropriate recognition to the NHS and this move will show to the country and the world how much we love and admire this iconic institution.
