Ban the use of the neonicotinoid thiamethoxam.
We are at environmental crisis point . The authority for emergency use of the neonicotinoid thiamethoxam in England must be withdrawn.
In 2018 Michael Gove said: “the weight of evidence now shows the risks neonicotinoids pose to our environment, particularly to pollinators which play such a key part in our £100bn food industry, is greater than previously understood and "We cannot afford to put our environmental standards at risk" . He promised that environmental standards will not “slip lower” than those of the EU post-Brexit yet only 9 days in and our environmental standards are being eroded
