Allow learner drivers to continue practicing driving during England lockdowns.
Allow learner drivers to continue practicing for their practical driving test throughout UK lockdowns. The roads are much quieter so allows us learners to feel more comfortable with learning and will help to relive the amount of failed practical tests once the lockdown is lifted.
