scrap government increase in time space between Pfizer vaccines
I am concerned about the consequence of a delayed second dose without empirical evidence or clinical trials to suggest it is safe to do so. Leaving Europe is meant to improve our standards and not water it down. I am particularly worried the manufacturer did not sanction this new gap.
This is a public safety matter and not worth taking the risk. It there for all to see the outcome of risks relating to coronavirus were never pleasant. Considering the UK is one of the worst hit with C19 fatalities in the world, the approval of more vaccines and risks of mutation which could translate into vaccine resistant if immunity is not optimized due to refusal to follow manufacturers instructions.I therefore want Government to stick to Pfizer's products advice on Vaccination.

The delays to receiving the second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine has been implemented by the NHS following advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), which advises UK health departments on immunisation, which has also been supported by the UK's four Chief Medical Officers. Their new advice and the changes to the Covid-19 vaccination programme are consistent with the temporary authorisations granted for these vaccines by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
The JCVI, Chief Medical Officers, MHRA and NHS England are all independent and operationally independent of the UK Government, so we cannot accept petitions calling for actions that these bodies are responsible for.
