Tighten rules of this 3rd national lockdown so they are stricter than the 1st.
Please follow the advice of your own scientific advisers and make the rules of this third lockdown stricter than the first, limiting activity allowed to the absolutely essential.
It is not fair or effective to make the rules more lax and then try to scare individuals into being stricter than the rules allow.
