Instigate compulsory wearing of face masks in the public domain during Covid 19.
This should include when taking any form of exercise externally in public.
Individuals must provide documentary evidence by means of a non compliance health certificate issued by their G.P. stating that it would cause them further medical complications by having to do so to be exempt.
For the protection of everyone in the general environment by reducing the potential increase spread of all the Covid 19 virus strains and assist the NHS from being further overwhelmed.
