Allow learner drivers to continue to practise with household members
Change the coronavirus rules for learner drivers, so they are allowed to practise again, so long as they practise with their household/ bubble members.
Because young adults do not have much to do during this pandemic and just going for a drive can help cheer us up so much. By changing this, young adults are less likely to become mentally unwell and/ or break the rules.
