Implement reproductive health issues into the sexual education curriculum.
To review the sexual health curriculum and implement education/knowledge/awareness surrounding endometriosis and other reproductive health issues. On average it takes 7.5 years for a woman to be diagnosed with endo, this is often due to the condition being misdiagnosed as there is little awareness.
My symptoms of endo began when I was 11/12. I strongly believe if I had more knowledge of the condition myself my diagnosis would have been a lot easier and quicker. I am one within a huge group of individuals who have suffered a difficult and long winded diagnosis. Sometimes when the diagnosis is made it is too late and the condition has caused infertility and other health issues. If endo etc is taught in schools there will be more awareness and the length of time to diagnose will reduce.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Reproductive health is already part of the National Curriculum. You can find out more here

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
