Allow private driving practice during the lockdown in England!
The DVSA have recently said that whilst learners in Scotland and Wales can drive with members of their household or support bubble, learners in England can not! I propose that you simply allow learners in England to do the same as other areas of the UK.
Learner drivers have already had tests cancelled over and over again and some people’s theory tests have run out due to this and they have not been extended! This is unfair, wasting people’s time and money which some people simply cannot afford! Denying people of their right to practice and learn to drive could cost people more failed or extended tests! For many, passing their driving test is needed to get to work, the alternative being to get public transport and spread the virus further!

Under current Government guidance, you can practise driving with members of your household or support bubble. It must be travel for work, education or other essential journeys: www.gov.uk/driving-lessons-learning-to-drive/practising-with-family-or-friends
