Allow learner drivers to practise driving in England. (With members from bubble)
Currently, you can only practise driving with members of your household or support bubble in Scotland and Wales. The government website states that you cannot practice driving in England at all.
I have been driving as a learner for more than a year, my driving test has been cancelled more than 5 times, I can understand why this has happened and understand it is due to compromising the safety of others. However, to now be told that I am prohibited from practicing my driving is despicable. Driving in your own car with members from your house hold engenders no danger and compromises no ones personal safety as you are not mixing bubbles.
