Make wearing of masks in public outside the home compulsory with no exceptions.
Pass the necessary emergency legislation to enable the mandatory requirement to wear a mask and stop vaping outside the home when there are other members of the public within sight.
To stop the number of COVID related deaths and instances of people catching and spreading the virus and to relieve the pressure on hospitals and other front line staff
