Provide PIN numbers to HCA's and hold them accountable for patient care.
To discuss that how important it is to hold HCAs accountable for the care they give to patients and not put all the accountability and pressure on nurses and their PIN number.
As delivering good quality patient care is most important aim of NHS, in order to acheive it in these uncertain times, it is very important to put a rule in place which holds HCA's also responsible for the care given to the patient instead of putting it all on nurses and their PIN number.
HCA's are the main care givers of a patient more than the nurses but when it comes to accountability only nurses are accountable for all the care.
