Allow driving practice for learners in England with a member from same household
Bring the rules in line with Scotland and Wales and allow qualified drivers from the same household as a learner to supervise so they may practice driving.
Pupils have already faced up to 2 cancellations of tests and paid for tuition due to lock downs. The skill of driving needs maintained practice to enable people to remain or progress levels of skill in order to be able to take their tests when they re open.
Now more than ever, people need not only to add to their employability by learning to drive, but to not have the expense of learning to drive doubled by all these delays. There certainly isn’t a pause on the insurance policies!
