To lower the fee it costs to become a pilot within the Uk.
To either introduce fully sponsored programs. A loan system similar to student finance for university. Or be able to pay the training fee back once the student gets their job and the cost of training can be taken from their salaries.
Being a pilot is many peoples dreams however the large sum that accompanies it to become one discourages many. Paying a sum of up to £120,000 is over the top. Nevertheless, there is no denying that it is an expensive programme. Therefore, alternatives should be put into place such as a loaning system similar to student finance; or even better the cost of training can be paid back once the student begins their work for an airline.
