Post brevit review of checks and balances to ensure appropriate CAA governance
The aviation environment has changed with the transition to a UK sovereign state. The governance regime must be seen by both our trading partners and it's internal market to be fit for its new role
As its key shareholder the government has an obligation to review the Civil Aviation Authority with its stakeholders to ensure that it has the appropriate level of governance now it is free from EU influence.
