Have a mass vaccination hub for Liverpool
MERSEYSIDE has not been chosen for a Mass Vaccination Hub. The nearest is Manchester. After being chosen as a Mass Covid19 Testing Centre we have proved we can do it. We definitely have the facilities here in Liverpool. This will help our community get back to some sort of normal
Manchester is over 35 miles away this will result in some not accessing the vaccination due to an inability to travel, households with young children, those in poverty and those with disabilities. All major cities should have access to vaccination hubs in order to maintain the safety of its residents in the fight against Covid19. The Opportunity to be vaccinated to protect us from this terrible virus should be open to everyone in the UK, and not just the select few, in the "right" postcode

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The NHS, not the Government or House of Commons, is responsible for the Covid-19 vaccination programme, including the size of vaccination centres in different parts of the country.
