Do not replace cancelled GCSEs, AS and A level exams with external 'mini' exams.
Grades should purely be teacher assessed grades, using a combination of past assessments and internal assessments held between now and early summer. There is no way of ensuring results are fair if external exams are used, as some students have learnt far fewer topics due to extended absence.
