Add 12 months for the driving validity for people who hold international license
Extending the validity of driving cars in Britain for an additional 12 months or exchanging the non EU driving license with UK one for people who hold an international driving license and used it over a year, and did not obtain a UK driving license due to the delay of the driving test due to COVID19
The people who hold the international driving license have the driving skills, however they couldn't get any driving test due to the delay and lockdown, in addition to the cancelation for their practice test many times. This is not their fault, but they couldn't get any driving test because of the current situation. This is an urgent condition
