Set up a national system to provide animal health certificates at a fixed cost
Provide a system to issue an AHC (Animal Health Certificate) for travel to Europe at a fixed price.
This system should be set in place to provide a reasonable cost for an AHC to allow UK families an affordable means to travel abroad with their pets.
