Rename PMQs as PM Q&A, and give the Speaker power to refocus the PM to answer.
The history of PMQs is an entertaining joust of words and wit. During the CV19 crisis it has become clear that questions posed by the leader of HMO and MPs on behalf of their constituents are rarely answered. Changing PMQs to PMQ&A would refocus the minds of everyone involved in the weekly event.
For openness, accountability and communication. Answers are vital.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The formal title of the business in the House of Commons is 'Oral Questions to the Prime Minister' which makes clear that they are questions for answer by the Prime Minister.
Decisions on the content of comments in the House of Commons are a matter for each individual MP and not the Speaker to adjudicate on.
