Allow people to take a virtual driving test due to Covid

Petition Details

Be able to take your driving test with your instructor and have it recorded or live streamed to an invigilator who can observe the driving and then decide whether they are a safe driver. This would reduce contact due to Covid and reduce waiting time to get a test.

Additional Information

Create a network in which invigilators can observe footage of learners driving to be able to make a decision on weather they pass or not.
