Reopen gyms/leisure facilities now & for all future national/regional lockdowns
I would like the government to re-open gyms and leisure facilities to allow people of the UK to exercise now and for all future national and regional lockdowns
I would like the government to act upon this and reopen gyms and leisure facilities as this will allow the UK population to exercise which will have great benefits to both physical and mental health.
There is no denying that there’s been a rise in the rates of mental health issues (Inc. suicides) throughout lockdown and allowing individuals to exercise will improve this.
The recent guidelines of 5-miles is discouraging people from exercise and “exercise with a tin of beans” is ridiculous
