Reduce the 2 years requirement on some workers rights to 6 months, in light of Covid-19

Additional Information

I believe given Covid-19 job losses employees are in a less favourable position then the employers.

With a 2 year wait to gain full worker's rights, this can prolong mental abuse from managers and business, by knowing they are more protected then the employees.
